Creamy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender. Drain well.
    Place in lightly oiled 8 x 8 x 1/2-inch baking dish. Combine soup, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix well.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
