Delicious Portabella Mushroom - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 portabella mushrooms, sliced 1/4-inch
1 fat clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced shallot
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. Burgundy wine
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix oil, wine, garlic, salt and shallot in a bowl. Pour over sliced mushrooms. Marinate at least 2 hours. Grill or saut mushrooms in a medium-hot skillet with little olive oil.
