Quick Skillet Stew And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Brown beef and onion in large skillet; pour off excess fat. Add 1 can sauce, vegetables, water, salt, thyme and pepper. Combine well and bring to a boil.
