Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix together and put in greased casserole.
    Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for about 20 minutes, covered.
    Uncover and bake for another 25 minutes.
    This makes a crisp top.
    Can be frozen.
