Cooked Pineapple Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour (large)
    dash of salt
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    juice (drained from large can crushed pineapple; press out all of the juice)
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt together, then add egg, lemon juice and juice drained from pineapple.
    Mix together and cook over low heat until real thick, stirring all the time to keep from sticking.
    Let cool, then add the crushed pineapple and mayonnaise to spread.
    Refrigerate.
