Modeling Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. cream of tartar
food coloring (any color)

Preparation

Mix ingredients in pan.
Cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes doughy in consistency. Knead until cool.
Ready for play.
