Low-Fat Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

2 c. skim milk
1 (4 serving) pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding
1/2 c. lite whip topping
12 sq. graham crackers
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. chocolate syrup
Preparation

Pour milk into a large mixing bowl.
Add dry pudding mix and beat for 1 to 2 minutes until pudding starts to thicken.
Fold in whipped topping.
