Dutch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick oleo
1 egg
1 c. sour milk with 1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and oleo like pie dough.
Save 1/2 cup for use as topping.
Add egg, milk with soda and vanilla.
Mix well all in 1 bowl.
Pour in well greased and floured cake pan (8-inch square pan).
Sprinkle with topping and cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
