Good Quick Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast (RapidRise)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick melted butter, cooled
    4 to 5 c. flour
    1/2 c. dry milk
Preparation
    Mix yeast, sugar and warm water.
    Let stand for 3 minutes. Add salt.
    Mix rest of ingredients and add to yeast mixture.
    Let set at least 30 minutes in warm place.
    Punch down and make into rolls.
    Let set 10 to 15 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
