Meatless Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. polyunsaturated oil
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 (20 oz.) cans red kidney beans (undrained)
    1 (20 oz.) can white kidney beans (undrained)
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans (no salt) tomatoes
    4 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 c. low-sodium catsup
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. chili powder (amount to taste)
Preparation
    Heat oil in a 6-quart pot.
    Saute onion until brown.
    Add beans, tomatoes, celery, ketchup, dry mustard and pepper.
    Add chili to taste.
    Simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
    Serves 8.
