Cooked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry River rice
    4 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook rice, milk and salt in a double boiler for 1 hour, then add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Cook for about 10 minutes more. Chill.
    Top with cinnamon (optional).
