24 Hour Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 can white cherries, cut in pieces
    1 can pineapple chunks
    2 oranges, peeled and cut in pieces
    2 c. marshmallows (bits)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add juice and sugar.
    Cook in double boiler, stirring until thick and smooth.
    Remove from fire.
    Add butter and cool.
    Add to fruit mixture and whipped cream.
    Put in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
