Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 pkg. taco or fajita seasoning
    1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 to 4 green onions, chopped
    5 to 6 burrito tortillas
    sour cream
    guacamole
    salsa
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add chicken.
    Stir until golden brown. Add taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons or so of water.
    Add cilantro and simmer for 4 minutes.
    Cover and set aside.
    Divide and place chicken onto a half side of each tortilla.
    Add green onions, cheese and a small amount of salsa if desired.
    Fold over tortilla. Carefully place one folded tortilla in clean, dry skillet over medium heat.
    Cover and let cook 5 minutes.
    Carefully turn onto other side and heat 3 to 5 minutes until golden and ingredients are melted inside.
    Repeat with other quesadillas.
