Steamed Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. oyster sauce
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 slices ginger, shredded
    whole broccoli, cut into pieces (florets and stems)
Preparation
    Wash and remove outer skin from broccoli and cut into small pieces.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, oyster juice, chicken broth and ginger (a jar works great!).
    Place broccoli pieces in pan with approximately 1/4 cup of water.
    Cover and steam approximately 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender, not too done!
    Drain any excess water; toss in ginger and stir-fry 30 seconds.
    Add sauce; stir again until broccoli is coated and remove to warm plate.
