Hawaiian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. pineapple, chopped
1 1/2 c. white seedless grapes
1 1/2 c. almonds or pecans, chopped
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place the first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
In smaller bowl, make dressing with mayo, sour cream, curry powder, lemon juice and salt; pour over chicken mixture and toss.
Chill 30 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
