Microwave Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. Raisin Bran cereal
    1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In small mixing bowl, beat egg and buttermilk.
    Mix in all other ingredients and stir well.
    Spoon batter into 6 paper-lined custard cups or microproof muffin pan, filling about half full. Cook 6 muffins at a time on High (max power) 2 or 3 minutes, or until no longer doughy.
    Repeat twice.
    Yields 18 muffins. Cooking time:
    6 to 9 minutes.
