Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 potatoes
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice into thin slices.
In a casserole dish, put potatoes, onion, milk and butter.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
In microwave, cook 14 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
(Stir every 2 to 3 minutes while cooking.)
After potatoes are tender, add cheese and stir together. Cook 1 more minute in microwave (until cheese is melted).
