Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chopped chilies
    10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Place undrained chilies in bottom of glass pie plate.
    Grate cheese and sprinkled on top of chilies.
    Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serve with triscuits or tortilla chips.
