Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. raw rice
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. mustard (if desired)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, pepper and rice.
    Stir over high heat until browned.
    (Pour off excess fat.)
    Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bring to a boil quickly.
    Cover tightly and let simmer for 25 minutes.
