Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, diced
grated cheddar cheese
flour tortillas
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. chili powder
8 oz. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Fry meat, salt and pepper to taste, drain.
Place generous amount of meat, onion, and cheese on each tortilla.
Roll up and place end side down in baking dish.
Set aside.
In saucepan, add flour, chili powder, tomato juice, salt, water and oil. cook until slightly thickened.
Pour over each tortilla.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese melts and warms up.
