Taro Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked taro, mashed (hot)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
8 slices bacon
Preparation
-
Fry bacon until crisp.
Save drippings.
Chop bacon.
Blend taro, salt and bacon.
Shape into cakes.
Fry in bacon drippings until brown.
Makes 6 servings.
