Died And Went To Heaven Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. unsweetened Dutch process cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. skim buttermilk
    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. canola oil
    2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    1 c. strong black coffee
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Lightly oil 12-cup Bundt pan; dust with flour. Invert and shake out excess. In large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add buttermilk, brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Whisk in
    hot coffee. The batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pan; bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
