Blueberry Cottage Pudding(Cake Or Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder.
    Cream shortening; add the sugar, salt and well beaten egg.
    Add milk and flour alternately. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan (or muffin cups).
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0) for 35 to 45 minutes.
