Irish Coffee(Caife Gaelach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

strong coffee
Irish whiskey
sugar (heaped tsp.)
cream

Preparation

Heat a stemmed glass. Add sugar. Pour in strong black coffee to about 1 1/2-inches of the rim.
Stir well. Add Irish whiskey to within 1/2-inch of top.
Pour in cream over the back of the spoon to put a \"head\" on the contents.
