3 Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    16 oz. can white kidney beans, washed and drained
    16 oz. can red kidney beans, washed and drained
    16 oz. can black beans, washed and drained
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine corn oil, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add beans and onion.
    Toss to coat well.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Makes 4 1/2 cups.
