Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, sliced and pared
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. soft butter
Preparation

Spread apples evenly in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan. Sprinkle apples with water and cinnamon.
With pastry blender, mix sugar, flour and butter until crumbly.
Spread mixture over apples.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm.
