Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    In small bowl, mix sugar, cocoa and salt thoroughly.
    In large bowl, beat together eggs, margarine, milk and vanilla.
    Gradually beat in sugar mixture.
    Pour filling into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 until filling is set, but still somewhat soft in center, approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
