Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. zucchini, grated
    1 large yellow onion, diced or grated
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    20 soda crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper and butter.
    Then mix remaining ingredients except for a small amount of cheese.
    Pour into 9 1/2 x 11-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
