Libby'S Famous Pumpkin Pie(2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (29 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    3 c. (two 12 fluid oz. cans) undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine filling ingredients in order given.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or clean knife test. Makes two 9-inch pies.
