Palatschinken (Viennese Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. fat
    apricot jam
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    18 oz. jar peanut butter
    graham cracker crumbs (about 4 c.)
    1 lb. box confectioners sugar
    12 oz. bag chocolate chips
    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Beat butter and peanut butter together until creamy.
    Add graham cracker crumbs and confectioners sugar a little at a time until well blended.
    (Note:
    This mixture is very thick and heavy. I use a food processor to blend the ingredients.
    If you use a mixer, dough hooks are helpful.)
    Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch edged cookie sheet.
