Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. can pork and beans
    1 can tomato soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pare and slice potatoes into dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Peel and thinly slice onion in a layer on top of potatoes.
    Spread the ground beef in a layer over onions.
    Season the ground beef.
    Add beans and soup.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
