Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose or unbleached flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In large bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Press flour mixture into ungreased 8 or 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
