Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. lemon rind
2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and meal.
Add eggs.
Beat until creamy.
Add butter, milk and lemon juice and rind.
Beat until smooth.
Put in unbaked pie crusts.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
