Yam Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed yams
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans, chopped large
Preparation
    Rinse
    raisins\tand
    pecans
    in boiling water.\tMix all ingredients together and bake in greased muffin pans.
    (Papers may be used in the pan.) Batter may be baked as loaf bread or a pancake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
