Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (for baking)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped herbs (such as parsley, chives, thyme)
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash and slice potatoes but not all the way through.
    Use the handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.
    Put potatoes in baking dish and fan slightly.
    Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
    Sprinkle with herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake additional 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
