Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple and finely chopped nuts; add bananas. Pour batter into 3 well-greased pans lined with wax paper.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool cake and ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.
