Confetti Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. medium bows pasta (uncooked)
3/4 c. bottled Italian dressing
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. fresh cauliflower
1 c. fresh broccoli
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cook bows according to package directions; drain.
Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
In large bowl, combine dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Add cooked bows and remaining ingredients; toss lightly until pasta and vegetables are evenly coated.
Chill.
Makes 6 servings.
