Turkey Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    6 oz. pasta (any kind)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown turkey and drain any juices. Sprinkle flour over meat and mix well. Add sour cream and mushrooms. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Remove and serve with pasta. Serves 2 to 4.
