Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into lightly greased mold or individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 6.
