Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    2 tomatoes
    2 boiled potatoes
    3 oz. (1/2 c.) cooked green peas
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes, eggs and lettuce.
    Blend dressing and pour over vegetables.
    Garnish with sliced tomatoes. Serves 4.
