Shelley'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans William's tomatoes and green chilies or 3 cans Ro-Tel
    1 bunch green onions, washed, trimmed and cut up
    juice of 1 lime
    zest of 1 lime
    1 bunch fresh cilantro, washed and root ends cut off
    1 jalapeno (seeded for mild, unseeded for hot) *
    salt or garlic salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. Accent (if you have an adverse reaction to MSG, do not add)
    5 to 6 cloves or 1 large head fresh garlic, peeled
Preparation
    *May add additional jalapenos if desired or if a hot salsa is needed, add 1 Scotch bonnet pepper.
