Low-Fat Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. low-fat or fat-free mayo
    1/2 c. low-fat or fat-free Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. salsa
    burritos or tortillas (soft pack)
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook chicken in a skillet until done.
    Mix mayo, sour cream, cumin, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir and add chicken; mix.
    Add shredded cheeses and mix.
    Place 2 spoonfuls on a tortilla shell. Roll up and place in baking dish. Spoon salsa over and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
