Peach Or Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 small box peach or strawberry jello (about 4 Tbsp.)
1 1/2 to 2 c. sliced peaches or strawberries
Cool Whip
pie crust

Preparation

Mix sugar, water and cornstarch and boil until thick, stirring constantly.
Stir in jello.
Place sliced fruit in a cooked pie crust.
Spoon mixture over fruit and chill for several hours.
Top with Cool Whip.
