Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American cheese (Velveeta)
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    6 oz. sharp cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Have all cheeses at room temperature.
    Grate or cut fine American and sharp cheese.
    Cream all in electric mixer.
    Add garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce while mixing.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Make into 3 or 4 balls.
    Roll in chopped nuts or in parsley.
