Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    4 Tbsp. instant chicken or beef soup base
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute the onion, celery and green pepper in a large skillet or wok.
    Cook and stir until the onion is tender, about 3 minutes, using medium-high heat.
    Stir in the rice, the soup base and soy sauce.
    Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes.
