Beef 'N Rice Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed pepper
1 medium onion
1/2 green pepper (optional)
1 1/3 c. Minute rice, prepared
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Lightly brown meat and butter in a large skillet.
Season with 1 teaspoon salt and crushed pepper.
Meanwhile, thinly slice onion and pepper.
Add to pan.
Stir in rice.
Saute, over high heat, until rice is lightly browned.
Add tomatoes, mustard and remaining salt.
Mix well.
Boil and simmer 5 minutes, uncovered.
