Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    4 thin slices boiled ham
    2 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium yellow onion, chopped
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Flatten each chicken breast to about 1/4-inch.
    Salt and pepper to taste, top with ham.
    Add cheese and roll up.
    Secure with a toothpick.
    Roll in flour.
    Melt butter in skillet, add mushrooms and onions.
    Saute until tender.
    Add water, chicken bouillon, parsley and chives.
    Boil.
    Add chicken rolls.
    Lower heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken and bring sauce to a boil.
    Stir in cream.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
