Applesauce Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. grated apples or 3/4 c. applesauce
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Roll in butter and then into sugar and cinnamon mixture.
