Triple Layer Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. cocoa, divided
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter.
    Press firmly into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    In large mixer bowl, beat Eagle Brand milk, flour, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder.
    Add walnuts.
    Spread over crumb mixture.
    Top with chocolate chips.
    Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool.
    Store, covered, at room temperature.
