Ann'S Old Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. skimmed or low-fat milk
Preparation

In a large 10-inch glass pie plate, melt margarine; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, one at a time, with a fork. Add sugar; stir well.
Add flour; stir well.
Add flavoring and stir.
Add milk; mix and pour into pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; turn down to 300\u00b0 and bake 30 more minutes.
Cool at least 2 hours before cutting.
